The Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco is our host resort where all of our events will take place. We will be sharing details soon for nearby hotels for those who wish to stay offsite.
The closest major airport to our venue is in Florence "FLR". The drive to the Rosewood Castiglion Resort is roughly 1.5 hours. Rome Airports "FCO" and "CIA" are roughly 3 hours away from Castiglion Del Bosco.
The Crain Family will be scheduling a bus to transport all wedding party guests from Florence to Castiglion Del Bosco on the morning of May 1st. Gathering location will be provided at a later time.
If you are not interested in scheduling a driving service to arrive and depart from the venue, we would recommend renting a car as the next best option! Please keep in mind that Castiglion Del Bosco has vehicles on the property that they loan out for day trips to and from Montalcino, etc. We have several events scheduled and the venue itself has so many wonderful amenities that we do not anticipate guests will need to be coming and going frequently!
The closest train station to Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco is in Buoncovento. This is a 20-30 minute drive from CdB.
